Hi, Divine Soul—
I’m Lauren Nixon.
Holistic health coach, Channel, Mother, and the Founder of CHAKTI Yoga — a movement practice devoted to remembrance.
My mission is simple and eternal: to support you in remembering who you are, why you chose this lifetime, and what your soul came to Earth to do.
Through movement, intuition, and multidimensional guidance from the archangels and ascended masters, I hold spaces that awaken truth, restore vitality, and reconnect you with your original blueprint.
I was born in Charlotte, NC on March 31st —Aries sun, Aquarius moon and rising, Human Design Reflector.
I grew up in a Christian home, and when I was twelve my father became a pastor. That meant a childhood full of travel, mission work, and exposure to cultures and teachings around the world. Looking back now, the seeds of remembrance were being planted even then.
Movement has always been my first language.
As a little girl, I was glued to the TV watching Mr. Goodbody, mesmerized by anatomy and the brilliance of the human body. That curiosity led me into dance, gymnastics, and every sport I could touch. In high school I became a certified fitness instructor and even created a women’s fitness program for my senior project. Step classes were my jam (yes, I’m dating myself!) — and one day I saw a triathlon flyer on the YMCA cork-board, and without hesitation I entered. That single decision launched years of sprint and long-distance triathlons and marathons.
After high school, I traveled to Hawaii to continue my Christian mission roots through Youth With A Mission and the School of Biblical Studies. I kept racing, kept pushing, kept striving — but eventually the intensity caught up. My adrenal system weakened, my thyroid struggled, and my beliefs, identity, and body were pushed into a deep spiritual and physical reckoning.
In my twenties, during a routine visit with my endocrinologist where I was told I’d need thyroid medication for the rest of my life, something inside me snapped awake. I can’t explain it — but it was a clear, undeniable inner “No.” A Knowing that our bodies are not designed to be dependent on pharmaceuticals forever.
A remembrance that healing was possible.
That jolt began the journey that shapes everything I do today.
I turned toward holistic health.
I took my first yoga class — and my entire timeline shifted. I questioned everything: my beliefs, my conditioning, my purpose.
I dove into the study of Yoga (Union), global spiritual teachings, anatomy, energy, consciousness, and functional holistic health. I became a CHEK practitioner, completed training in Ashtanga, Bikram, Kundalini, Pilates, and countless fitness and healing modalities. That period of my life was a full-on health and spiritual initiation that continues to this day.
And in the most sacred part of that era, I welcomed my two starseeds babies:
My son Eli (16) and daughter Stella (13) — souls who continue to shape me into the mystic mama and teacher I am today.
Through movement, study, channeling, motherhood, and healing, I see the deeper truth:
Movement is remembrance. Movement is medicine. Movement is who I am.
CHAKTI Yoga was born from that revelation — a woven tapestry of yoga, breath, somatic wisdom, spiritual technology, and intuitive movement that supports mind-body-emotion-spirit evolution. Chakti is not just a practice—
It is a portal.
A return.
A reactivation of your innate intelligence and original wholeness.
Yoga means union — and in the West, we often limit that to the physical postures.
But yoga, CHAKTI, are portals into far more:
connection,
remembrance,
presence,
freedom,
and the sacredness of being in a body.
