I created Designed to Thrive because I know what it’s like to want to feel better…

I had clumps of hair falling out, dry skin patches all over my body, binge/starve eating disorder, stomach problems, thyroid disorder, depression, and suicidal thoughts…

I was desperate and ready to give up.

Encouragement from others felt discouraging and my doctor told me I would need medication for the rest of my life.

Today, I am NONE of those things I mentioned above. My body and mind have healed. I no longer rely on any medication and I am healthy.

WEEK 1: Foundations of Eating Right
The nutrition world can be overwhelming. I am here to teach you universal truths in eating right; aka I will not be requiring or recommending you to eat a specific diet.

WEEK 2: Foundations of Movement + Breath Work
Our bodies are made to move and love movement. You’ll learn primal movement patterns and powerful breathwork as a tool for your wellness that acts as the purest medicine.

WEEK 3: Foundations of Sleep + Stress Relief
This week we will create optimal sleeping patterns and dive into do’s & don’t for optimal circadian rhythms. We will also learn powerful tools to eliminate anxiety. Proper stress management supports all factors in life!

WEEK 4: Foundations to Reduce Your Toxic Load
Here we will take a good look at the products we are using, the environment we are living in, what we need to eliminate and what we can add to feel amazing. The truth is that we are being negatively affected by numerous technologies but with awareness and tools we can mitigate the impact!

WEEK 5: Foundations of Self Care
Curating physical, mental and spiritual rituals that support self-love and invest into your life. These tools support sustainable life promoting habits.

WEEK 6: Allowing the Progressions + Shifts
This week is key as you evolve and grow in your health. There will be many changes and I am here to make sure they are done with ease and support.
