We are evolving.
In times like these, we find comfort in the familiar. Our CHAKTI family has deep roots in Charlotte, NC and we couldn’t be happier with the incredible group of individuals that we’re honored to practice with.
We are always looking for ways to reach new people while maintaining the integrity and authenticity of the practice. Now, more than ever, we realize the need to be more accessible to anyone and everyone, at any time and any where.
In March of 2020, we launched CHAKTI Live — the first opportunity to experience CHAKTI classes streamed to wherever you are — and the feedback has been incredible.
So we’ve decided to expand the offerings… in a BIG way!

Each week we host a CHAKTI Livestream class Monday and Wednesday 6:30p EST Virtual via Zoom.
Every CHAKTI Livestream class is recorded and then uploaded to STUDIO, our online platform for delivering on-demand content.
