No! All experiences are welcome. This is a CHAKTI Yin retreat where we invite you to sink into the gentle, grounding rhythms of Yin Feminine Flow. Designed for every body and every level, the practices and rituals are safe & supportive. No previous experience is needed—here, you are guided to trust your body, honor your pace, and move with freedom.

What do I need to bring?

All you need is yourself and the intention to unplug in nature with friends. A detailed list of logistics will be emailed after your registration.
